What we collect
We collect the account details you give us (your name, email, and password), the memories you choose to add (text, voice recordings, photos), and basic technical data needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
We use your information to provide Linna Cares: to store your archive, generate gentle AI prompts, and share memories with the family members you explicitly invite. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your memories
By default, only you can see what's in your archive. When you invite family members, they can see the memories you've shared with them. Our staff only access your data when required to operate the service or comply with the law.
AI processing
We send your prompts and uploads to trusted AI providers to generate replies, transcribe voice, and analyze photos. Those providers are contractually prevented from using your data to train their models.
Your rights
You can export or delete your archive at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent — we don't keep hidden copies.
